I was born in Chile and spent a good part of my life growing up there. Chile is a country that has European influence in pastries. As little girl, I watched my mom and grandmother make pastries and other sweet dessert. I learnt pastry making at a very young age. At 14 years old, I could bake a cake without help. Creating new flavours and decorating pastries is my passion, but to watch the smile on people's faces as they try something new and delicious is pure pleasure.
